How does booking work?+
Send us your preferred dates and a little about your trip. Accommodation is $300 per night. Cleaning is $175 per stay, plus applicable taxes. Your host checks availability and shares the full itemized total before payment. Once approved, pay in full through Stripe to confirm your stay.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancel at least four days before your scheduled check-in time for a full refund. Cancellations less than four days before check-in are non-refundable. Your exact deadline will be provided before payment, in the property's local time.
Can we bring our dog?+
One dog under 45 lbs stays free. Please mention your dog when requesting your stay so we can confirm the arrangements.
What should we know about the property?+
The condo has stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. The community is gated, and visitor passes are required for entry and parking. There are two parking spaces. Check-in is after 3 p.m.; check-out is before 11 a.m. (Eastern Time).
Are my requested dates guaranteed?+
A request is not a confirmed reservation. Your host verifies availability before approving. Dates are confirmed only once payment is completed.
